#The recruitment process
The Recruitment Process begins around August each year and continues until December.

- If you progress to the next stage, you will be invited to attend an Apprentice Recruitment Day.
- At the Recruitment Day, you will receive more information about the positions available, take part in a face-to-face interview, group activities and psychometric testing (including literacy and numeracy).
- In the interview, you will be asked for examples that demonstrate your knowledge, skills and experiences.
- If you are successful at the Recruitment Day, you will be required to undertake further assessment including a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing.
- We will then check the references you provided in your application. Professional referees will usually be previous supervisors or managers who have observed your abilities in the work environment.
- If successful, you will be made a verbal offer explaining in detail the package being offered available.
